Bouquet was beautiful. My daughter took a long time to get to the door because she's caring for a new baby, the delivery person waited, much appreciated.

I live in Ennis and ordered flowers for my daughter in law to be delivered in Belgrade. From the online ordering experience to delivery, I was very impressed with the communication! From order confirmation, to “out for delivery”, to “delivered”, I knew exactly what was happening. But the cherry on top was them sending a pic of the actual bouquet! I order flowers long distance all the time and this was the first time someone sent me a photo of the exact arrangement. I really appreciated being able to see what my DIL was getting and also what I was paying for. The arrangement was gorgeous, but the customer service here was fantastic! Will only order flowers from here when sending to Belgrade! Thank you for great service and attention to detail!

We had a wonderful experience and my mother in law absolutely loved her flowers. It’s hard being in a different state and trusting that the flowers and delivery would be done right. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be ordering through you again.

Connie,
You're the sweetest! Your mom was a pleasure to visit with. She has a love for plants and flowers, so we had much to chat about. I look forward to my Wednesday deliveries with her!

I was so thankful that Perfect Harmony could do a same day delivery . I was however disappointed in my choice . I ordered a designers choice for my friend's birthday. I didn’t even think they might use quite a few red roses ( as it was so close to Valentine’s Day). I was hoping for a unique design and I’m not a fan of red roses especially for birthdays. In hindsight I wish I would have been more specific . So that was on me . I would definitely use them again though and I would recommend them.

Florist's Response:

Cyndi,
I'm bummed that you weren't thrilled with the designer's choice bouquet. Please reach out so I can get you a discount code for your next arrangement.
Thank you for your feedback. This is a good reminder for me to make sure I'm fully envisioning my customer's message the way they want it presented. Thank you again and I am determined to exceed your expectations next time.
Kindly,
Kelli

When you need a special arrangement for any occasion, give Perfect Harmony a shot. I ordered this cute succulent window planter and picked it up in the same day within a few hours. And it was so adorable! What a great place to choose for flowers for that someone in your life or anyone needing some extra love!

Florist's Response:

Mary,
Thank you so much for the detailed review. This helps my small business, and I greatly appreciate your support!

Perfect Harmony Floral did a fantastic job. I ordered on-line and they have a great website. They made a few changes to my choice of flowers due to scarcity of one of the flowers, but were quick to report this to me and allow me to provide feedback on the change. They let me know the progress of the order until the flowers were delivered. I will certainly use them again.

----
